    Rosie will tailor the session to your group, from gentle, restorative movement to something more upbeat.

  3. We bring Grace to you
    On the day, we arrive with props/music (and mats if you choose), guide you through the class and leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed and ready for the rest of your celebrations.
