Yes, absolutely. Many of our clients are brand new to Pilates. Our teachers will give you options, clear explanations and plenty of support. Starting with Foundations, Mat classes or a Welcome Offer is a great idea.

No. Pilates is designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or look a certain way to belong here – you just need to show up as you are. We’ll build strength, mobility and confidence together over time

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in (leggings/shorts, a top you can stretch in). Grip socks are recommended for Reformer. Bring a water bottle, and for outdoor mat classes you’re welcome to bring your own mat or towel.

Our boutique Reformer studio is in Hamilton, and our mat classes run in beautiful ocean-side locations around Newcastle. You’ll find full address and parking details on our Reformer Studio and Mat by the Sea pages.

Yes. There is street parking close to the Hamilton studio, and parking near our mat locations. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early the first time so you can park, find us and settle in without rushing.

You can book via our online Timetable page. Choose your class, create or log into your account, and select a pass, intro offer or membership. If you get stuck, send us a message and we’ll help.

In many cases, yes. Please add notes to your booking and arrive a little early to chat with your teacher. For more complex needs or rehab, we may recommend starting with Private sessions so we can work more closely with you.
